Inside the Exora™ Brand Launch: Science, Community, and a New Direction for Beauty
On Wednesday, April 29th, Exora™ held its official launch event, bringing together aesthetic practitioners, influencers, industry partners, and stakeholders for an evening centered on science, community, and the brand’s vision for exosome-powered skin and hair care. Built on more than a decade of stem cell research, Exora™ introduced itself not with a campaign but with a conversation.
A Community That Showed Up
The guest list reflected the range of people Exora™ is building for: clinicians who work with advanced aesthetics technology, creators with audiences invested in science-backed beauty, and partners aligned with where the category is heading. The mix made for a room with genuine range, and the conversations that followed reflected it.

A Panel Discussion That Delivered
A 30-minute panel discussion anchored the evening, drawing strong engagement from attendees and carrying well into the Q&A.
Brian Pla, Founder and President of Exora™, opened the session with an introduction to the brand’s foundation and the role exosomes play at its core, before handing off to Rafael González, PhD, Senior Scientific Advisor, who walked through the science behind JuveXO®: how it was developed, the research that supports it, and the biological rationale for its formulation.
Dr. González then introduced Dr. Alan Bauman, MD, ABHRS, IAHRS, a leading hair restoration physician and Exora's Key Opinion Leader. Dr. Bauman presented findings from a clinical study conducted using Alma's TED device alongside JuveXO®, walking the audience through before-and-after images and sharing his firsthand clinical experience with the product.
The session closed with an open Q&A. Attendees came with real questions, and the panel took the time to answer them thoroughly.
Experiencing ExoCM™ Up Close
Throughout the evening, guests had the opportunity to learn about ExoCM™, Exora’s proprietary bioactive secretome matrix derived from Umbilical Cord Lining Stem Cells. The complex includes exosomes, Collagen Types I & III, High Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid, beta-defensins, glutathione, and peptides. For many attendees, it was their first direct look at the formulation behind JuveXO® and the sourcing and preservation process that Exora™ has built its approach around. There was a nurse on site providing the signature XO Lift, microneedling plus JuveXO exosomes, for attendees.

What’s Ahead for Exora™
The launch event marked Exora’s public debut, but the brand is already looking ahead. An at-home product powered by the ExoCM™ formula is currently in development, with the goal of extending access to this technology beyond the professional setting.
For those in the room, the evening offered an early and substantive introduction to a brand that is clearly invested in the long game.
